How to get there: Tilgate Park can be accessed from either Tilgate Drive or K2 Crawley leisure centre which is located on the A23 Brighton Rd.
By car: From M23/A23, take Pease Pottage exit and follow signs towards Crawley, then follow brown tourist signs to Tilgate Park
Train: to Crawley or Three Bridges, then taxi to park, or bus to Tilgate shops, followed by 10-minute walk up Titmus Drive.

Visitor facilities: Cafe, Play area, Walled Garden, Fishing.
Disabled Access.
Green Flag Award.
What to see: Habitats include broadleaved woodland, coniferous woodland, lowland heathland, and tall herb and fern.
The plantations are of Scotís pine, red oak, beech and Western Hemlock. Natural areas of woodland contain birch, oak and hazel with sallow and aspen in the wetter areas.
There are a few small ponds which attract many dragonflies and damselflies.
