How to get there: Leave the A30 at Stowford Cross, then head north, following brown roadsigns for Roadford Lake.
Visitor facilities: Path network and cycle route, bird hide, visitor centre, function suite and tea-rooms,café, angling and watersports
What to see: The Roadford Lake LNR at the northern end of the reservoir is 34 hectares of freshwater, swamp, marshy grassland, dense scrub willow carr, broadleaved woodland and coniferous plantations.
Dormice are also present.
