How to get there: At the Warren Lodge public house, Scunthorpe, head up Ferry Hill road and take the first right hand turn into the car park. Accessible by public transport.
Visitor facilities: Parking facilities, all abilities footpaths and trails throughout site, Information Board, seating
What to see: Acid grassland with heathland, scrub and mixed woodland habitats. 33 breeding bird species including green woodpecker, blackcap and linnet. Excellent for invertebrates, birds and mammals. A Coversands Heathland Site with typical heathland flora including harebell, yarrow and gorse.
