How to get there: Rutland Drive off the main A24 Epsom Road.

Visitor facilities: Formal access is via gates on or near the footpath that runs between the two parts of the reserve.
What to see: Thick with mature hawthorn and elm scrub which line the north of the reserve adjacent to the pyl brook, with pockets of crack-willow, elder, blackthorn and bramble located in and around various clearings.
