How to get there: The Cemetery Park is located in the heart of East London with good transport links.

The main gate is situated in Southern Grove, E3, with the Soanes Centre just inside on the right.

The nearest Underground station is Mile End on the Central, District, and Hammersmith and City lines. You can also travel to Bow Road on the District and Hammersmith and City Line
DLR to Bow Church.

Local bus routes are: D6, D7,D8, 25, 205, 277, 323, 339 and 425.

Barclays Bikes: there are also several Barclays bike stations located in around THCP and close to the tube, DLR and bus stations listed above (locations: Southern Grove, Knapp Road, Mile End Road, Grove Road).
Visitor facilities: The Soanes Centre is an environmental centre used by local schools, WATCH group and community based education. Part of the London Outdoor Science Project to engage local schools to use local greenspace as outdoor classrooms for GCSE science.

What to see: A 19th Century cemetery with ancient broadleaved woods and created glades sown with wildflowers. Outstanding variety of plants and animals.
There are 25 butterfly species and about 40 bird species. In 1992 three poinds were created which are good for invertebrates.
