Visitor facilities: Sensory nature trail with tapping rail being reviewed.
A purpose-built horse track crosses the Common linking Ham Avenue with Petersham Road.
What to see: Birch and oak woodland with wet hollows and acid grassland.
Notable species include remote sedge, cow-wheat and purple hairstreak butterfly, birds and owls.
