The disued bolier room has been converted into a bat hibernaculum.
The site is home to an interesting variety of plants including butcher's broom, foxgloves and red campion.
The site of the former hunting lodge is still visible and the former stable yard had an interesting variety of old cobbles. The old orchard still conatins a number of fruit trees including quince.
