Situated off Fryent Way (A4140), Kingsbury.
London Underground: Kinsbury, or Wembley Park stations.
Buses nearby nos. 79,183,204,83,302, PR2, 182, 245, 223.
Car park: Freyent Way Car Park or park in nearby roads.

| Visitor facilities: |
The Capital Ring goes through the Park. There are some self-guided trails.
Limited facilities on site, but Roe Green Walled Garden, about half a kilometre to the north east has disabled toilets, information and other facilities (open Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday 10.00 - 14.30).

| What to see: |
The park consists of meadows, ponds, lakes, hedges and woodland, and is popular with ramblers and nature enthusiasts. The area is a designated nature reserve, and is used by conservation groups. Over 800 species of wildlife live here, amongst them 21 types of butterfly and 80 birds. The meadows are still cut for hay once a year in July, before being transported to a farm. In the past, sheep and cattle would roam freely over the green space.
