How to get there: Footpaths from Roneo Corner, adjacent to the YMCA, footpath off Rainham Road, footpath off Dagenham Road. Upper Rainham Road A125, Romford

Visitor facilities: Car parks are off Dagenham Road and The Chase
Visitor Centre at Eastbrook End Country Park.
Toilets, car park, refreshments.
The site is not wheelchair accessible. There are a number of informal pathways through the site.
What to see: Next to The Chase -Barking, but declared by Havering as separate LNR.
The site is good for native black poplar, breeding and overwintering birds such as lapwing, skylark, kingfisher and snipe.
Wildflowers including warty cabbage and hare's-foot clover, breeding and over-wintering birds including lapwing, little ringed plover, little grebe, yellowhammer, skylark, overwintering snipe, teal breeding warblers and water rail.
Volunteer and 'Friends of' groups: London Wildlife Trust run volunteer workdays.
