How to get there: 5 miles south of Derby centre. A5250, Burton Road. Left ont othe A5111 Warwick Avenue and then right onto Stenson Road and then Grampian Way.
Visitor facilities: Variety of walks. Information about wildlife and the history of the reserve. New childrens Play area. A monthly Children’s Nature Club.
What to see: Habitats include scrub, grassland, woodland and two ponds. Hedgerows form an extensive network across the site and link to the neighbouring countryside forming wildlife corridors into residential areas of Sinfin.
