How to get there: Parsloes Ave off the main A1240 Heathway and the A1153 Porters Avenue.
Tube: Beacontree and Dagenham Heathway stations within walking distance.
Visitor facilities: There are no car parking facilities
The vast majority of the park is accessible to wheelchairs
Playground and natural rock seats.
What to see: Neutral and small pockets of acid grassland with historic hedge (part of Parsloes Manor) An interesting use of trees and shrubs over most of the park with Rose beds in the grass area by the lake.
