How to get there: Next to Moses Gate Country Park. Off the A6053
Visitor facilities: Calcareous grassland 45.5%, woodland/scrub 73.8%. Initially toxic to all plant life but the subsequent weathering of the surface converted these toxic
salts to calcium carbonate, thus permitting the establishment of a calcicolous vegetation. Orchids.
What to see: The main habitats are calcareous grassland and woodland/scrub.
