How to get there: Lies in the north eastern corner of Langstone Harbour.
Situated off the main A3023 Havant Road, Hayling Island.
Hayling Island is the seaside resort of Havant Borough, Significant congestion for traffic using the only (single carriageway) road onto the Island.

What to see: West Hayling Local Nature Reserve, formerly known as the Hayling Oysterbeds, is home either permanently or on a migratory basis for tens of thousands of seabirds, which find that the thousands of hectares of intertidal mudflats contain a massive assemblage of marine invertebrate life.
Volunteer and 'Friends of' groups: Friends of Langstone Harbour. They have over 80 members and obviously would welcome more. Membership costs just 4 per annum per household.
